Ingredients

  • 6 Morrisons wholemeal eat smart flatbreads
  • 6 tsp Tomato Puree
  • 4 Mushrooms Sliced Optional
  • 2 Tomatoes, Sliced
  • 125g Reduced Fat/Light Mozzerella Cheese
  • 2 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs
  • Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C /375°F/Gas Mark 5.  Slice mushrooms and tomatoes and either tear or slice mozerella

  2. Spread the tomato puree onto the flatbreads

  3. Top with mushrooms, tomatoes and mozerella.  Season with herbs and black pepper

  4. Transfer carefully onto a baking tray and bake for approx 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling

  5. Serve with a healthy side salad
