Busy Week
So this week has been super busy, lots of things going on at work all with tight deadlines, parents evening for my youngest, physio for my foot (injured my foot last September training for a half marathon and finally decided to try to get it fixed) and I was trying so hard to get 10k steps in per day (especially as I cannot run at the moment) with a bit of the gym to help with my weight loss goals for this month. Family day out to Matlock Bath
As part of Mothers Day 2017, and with a nice day on the cards we decided to head up to Matlock Bath in Derbyshire after I got back from my Weigh in (which actually went ok). Traffic going in to Matlock was, as always on a nice day, terrible! But once we managed to get to the car park it was worth it. Parking was difficult as a large amount of the pay and display car park was taken up by some travellers.
