So I wasn’t exactly sure what to call this recipe, but I called it Kielbasa and Potato Casserole/soup. It’s almost too liquidy to be a casserole, but it’s certainly not liquidy enough to be a soup. It’s somewhere in between. For this recipe, I once again used my Instant Pot. In short, apart from my Actifry its one of the best purchases I have ever made.
