Quick and easy cookie recipe
Anyone who knows me knows I am always on some sort of diet. I am still on WW currently. Within any diet, you have to have the odd treat; especially when you have a family at home who not always on a diet. I wouldn’t make these cookies to keep at home though as they are 7SP each. It’s too easy to eat about 3 without realising you have eaten any! Make them for work, or a bake sale, or when you have friends over so you can just have one!! I literally have no self-control! Another busy week…. cake recipe for halloween
Another crazy busy week. Work is still mad which resulted in long days, so no running or gym for me again. I managed to book Thursday and Friday off so I could spend a little bit of the half term holidays with Eddie and the kids. And it was Halloween in my house…… Thursday We didn’t do huge amounts. It was visits to the orthodontist and doctors, but we had a nice lunch out followed by a visit to the cinema. The film of choice was Thor : Ragnarock. Home baked Donut (doughnut?) treats
So as you probably know from my various posts, I am constantly battling with my weight. Most of all, the thing I find difficult is depriving myself any treats. So I thought I would scour Pinterest and YouTube for some healthier alternatives that taste the same as the original versions. Furthermore, I came upon the idea of making doughnut’s/ donuts but baking them rather than frying them.
