August 19 Goals
Crikey can’t quite believe it’s August 19 already!! Month 8 of the year – how did that happen! Anyway, I have been a bit slack on goal setting recently but without further ado, let us dive into my August 19 Goals (I keep typing Golas – brain working at a different speed to my fingers lol). Weight loss – I am aiming for 1lb per week in August, I have some hols from work and will be sticking to my 80% healthy rule (see post here) so whilst I would like more I will be happy with 1lb per week Exercise – no big goals here but I would really…

Quick update
Just a real quick update. I haven’t blogged much recently, mainly because I haven’t done anything worthy of blogging about. Before that, I was too busy to be able to find the time to write a decent post. But I thought I would do a quick post today; it turns out that there is more to update you on than I first thought! Happy new year 2018 and goals
Well this may seem like a really late post, but I have been laid up with really bad flu since new years eve. It was my daughters 18th Birthday on New years eve and its almost like my body waited until the end of her birthday, and then to stop working for a couple of weeks. Just because you have to embarrass them a little, here is a picture of Chloe – what a gorgeous baby!! Not…

Currently, I am into journaling, in particular my bullet journal see a previous post here Muji Covent Garden Whilst in London I popped to Muji and got a few cute items of stationery. I bought a dot grid notebook for me and Chloe, some colour gel pens and a couple of double ended pastel highlighters and a correction pen. These purchases are gorgeous and I am so looking forward to using them. I have used their black gel pens, that were 0.5mm also, and they are great. They have…

The start of my April Bullet Journal set up…..
My daughter, who is very very artistic introduced me to bullet journaling probably this time last year. In fact, she actually made a hand stitched journal as a part of her GCSE Art project, but I didn’t really take it all on board. At the time I was working two part time, but very demanding Accounting/Finance Manager jobs. Balancing work with all of the other home stuff from running a home, and having 3 older children and all of the stuff that comes with children, became harder and harder until I started to worry that I would end up dropping all of the balls I was juggling. Again she mentioned bullet journaling, but…
